Better Descriptions

We have improved the wording in the “remarks” section of the booking funnel to encourage customers to provide more detailed descriptions of their move.

Previously, several requests included very limited information in this field, making it difficult for moving companies to fully understand the scope of the relocation. As a result, movers often had to estimate jobs with incomplete details, which could lead to misunderstandings or inaccurate quotes.

By optimizing the instructions in the remarks section, customers are now encouraged to describe their move more clearly. Movers generally perceive detailed remarks as a strong indicator of lead quality, as they provide better insight into the move before making an estimate.

  • A request is denied – The customer receives an explanation and guidance on how to improve the request.

  • A request is accepted – The request is approved and distributed to moving companies.

By providing clear updates during the request process, customers better understand what is happening with their submission.

Quality Score Algorithm for Partner Performance

To improve how leads are distributed across the platform, Relocately has introduced a quality score algorithm that evaluates partner performance. The goal of this system is to ensure that reliable and high-performing partners receive leads earlier in the distribution process, helping create a more efficient and balanced marketplace.

Each partner starts with a score, which is updated monthly based on several performance indicators, including:

These factors help the platform assess recent partner performance and adjust the score accordingly.
